Stay Fit

Everyday-play outside, help around house, take the stairs, pick up toys

3-5 times a week- 20 min-at least, walking, biking, skateboarding, swimming, soccer, basketball, running, jumping rope.

2-3 times a week- pull-ups, push ups, dancing, swinging.

Less than 30 min @ a time- video games, computer games, watching tv
